Dealer Claims Web Portal
This web based service is provided to approved members of the HSPO dealer network
to enable the lodgement of claims for non conforming product and other issues relating
to the incorrect supply of goods.
The purpose of the service is to minimise the
timeframe taken to resolve the issues reported and to capture the data efficiently
so as to enable improvements to the supply chain to be identified. |
